The following website provides detailed instructions on how to vote your Interline Brands shares over the Internet. You will be asked to enter your control number to ensure the security of your vote. You will find your control number on your Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials (Notice) or proxy card received with your Proxy Statement. If you received your proxy materials electronically, your control number is contained in the e-mail you received.

Stockholders can vote their shares via the Internet by going to http://www.proxyvote.com and following the instructions provided. You will need your Notice or proxy card.

Electronic Delivery

Stockholders can save Interline Brands postage and printing expense, and conserve natural resources, by consenting to receive future Interline Brands proxy statements, annual reports, and related proxy materials via the Internet. With their consent, stockholders will receive an e-mail notification when these documents are available electronically. Consent to electronic delivery is valid until revoked by the stockholder. If stockholders do not consent to access Interline Brands proxy statements, annual reports to stockholders, and related proxy materials via the Internet, they will continue to receive them in the mail.
