Michael J. Grebe has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Interline Brands since January 2007 and as a director since June 2004. Mr. Grebe is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Interline Brands, and has served with the company since November 1998. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Grebe served as a Group Vice President of Airgas, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Grebe joined Airgas, Inc. following its acquisition of IPCO Safety, Inc., where Mr. Grebe served as President from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Grebe also currently serves on the board of directors of the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Baptist Health Foundation.

Kenneth D. Sweder has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Interline Brands since February 2011 and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Interline Brands since October 2008. Mr Sweder joined Interline Brands in April 2007 as Chief Merchandising Officer. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Sweder was the First Vice President of Property Operations Strategy at Equity Residential Properties from June 2004 to April 2007, a management consultant at Bain & Company from June 2000 to May 2004, and in various positions within the National Corporate Banking division of PNC Bank from July 1991 to May 2000, most recently as Vice President.

John M. McDonald has served as Senior Vice President, Sales of Interline since June 2011. Prior to joining Interline, Mr. McDonald was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Service Brands International, a multi-concept franchisor. Mr. McDonald worked for FedEx Corporation from 2003-2006, most recently as its Executive Vice President, Business Development and Sales. From 2001-2003, Mr. McDonald served as Vice President, North American Sales of Manpower Corporation. Earlier in his career, Mr. McDonald also served in various sales leadership roles with Moore Corporation, Harbour Printing and Distribution and Moore Business Forms.

John A. Ebner has served as Chief Financial Officer of Interline Brands since January 2010 and previously also served as Treasurer. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Ebner spent 13 years with Alltel Corporation where he served in various senior leadership roles including Treasurer, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Vice President of Finance – Wireless Operations, Vice President – Industry Relations, and Vice President – Pricing and Product Management. Mr. Ebner served as an investment banker with JP Morgan from 1995 to 1996.

Michael Agliata has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Interline Brands since March 2009 and previously as Corporate Counsel for Interline Brands since July 2007. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Agliata was a practicing attorney in the Jacksonville, Florida office of Holland & Knight LLP from April 2004 to April 2007 and in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices of Fowler White Burnett, P.A. from July 1999 through April 2004.

Federico M. Bravo has served as Vice President, Field Sales of Interline Brands since October 2001 and previously as National Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Vice President, Sales of Interline Brands since 1996. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Bravo served as Vice President of Sales of HMA Enterprises, Inc., a Texas-based MRO parts wholesaler, from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Bravo served as Vice President, Sales for Cherokee Holdings, Inc., a Houston-based MRO wholesaler, from 1985 to 1987.

Lucretia Doblado has served as Chief Information Officer of Interline Brands since October 2006. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Ms. Doblado served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Bombay Company, Inc. Previously, Ms. Doblado was a Partner at Accenture for 18 years.

Annette Ricciuti has served as Vice President of Human Resources for Interline Brands since January 1998. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Ms. Ricciuti worked at Resorts International as Senior Director of Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Ricciuti worked for Day & Zimmerman, Inc. for 11 years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Government Systems Group.

David C. Serrano has served as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Interline Brands since May 2010 and previously as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Interline since 2005. In addition, Mr. Serrano served as Corporate Controller and as a Divisional Controller of Interline from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Serrano has served with Interline Brands since 1988. Mr. Serrano is a Certified Public Accountant.

James A. Spahn has served as Vice President, Distribution of Interline Brands since 2002 and previously as General Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales of Interline Brands' Detroit distribution center from July 1999 to November 2002. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Spahn served as the Director of Sales from 1996 to 1999 with The Crown Group (automotive) and as the Director of Operations and Vice President of Sales from 1989 to 1996 with Thermofil, Inc. Mr. Spahn worked for the DuPont Company from 1976 to 1989, during which time he held various positions in the areas of sales, operations, technical service and personnel.
