Management

Michael J. Grebe has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Interline Brands since January 2007 and as a director since June 2004. Mr. Grebe is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Interline Brands, and has served with the company since November 1998. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Grebe served as a Group Vice President of Airgas, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Grebe joined Airgas, Inc. following its acquisition of IPCO Safety, Inc., where Mr. Grebe served as President from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Grebe also currently serves on the board of directors of the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the Baptist Health Foundation and Air Distribution Technologies, Inc.

Kenneth D. Sweder has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Interline Brands since February 2011 and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Interline Brands since October 2008. Mr Sweder joined Interline Brands in April 2007 as Chief Merchandising Officer. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Sweder was the First Vice President of Property Operations Strategy at Equity Residential Properties from June 2004 to April 2007, a management consultant at Bain & Company from June 2000 to May 2004, and in various positions within the National Corporate Banking division of PNC Bank from July 1991 to May 2000, most recently as Vice President.
 

David C. Serrano has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Interline Brands since March 2013 and previously as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Interline since May 2010 and as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Interline since 2005. In addition, Mr. Serrano served as Corporate Controller and as a Divisional Controller of Interline from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Serrano has served with Interline Brands since 1988. Mr. Serrano is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Agliata has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Interline Brands since March 2009 and previously as Corporate Counsel for Interline Brands since July 2007. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Agliata was a practicing attorney in the Jacksonville, Florida office of Holland & Knight LLP from April 2004 to April 2007 and in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices of Fowler White Burnett, P.A. from July 1999 through April 2004.

Lucretia Doblado has served as Chief Information Officer of Interline Brands since October 2006. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Ms. Doblado served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Bombay Company, Inc. Previously, Ms. Doblado was a Partner at Accenture for 18 years.

Annette Ricciuti has served as Vice President of Human Resources for Interline Brands since January 1998. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Ms. Ricciuti worked at Resorts International as Senior Director of Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Ricciuti worked for Day & Zimmerman, Inc. for 11 years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Government Systems Group.

James A. Spahn has served as Vice President, Distribution of Interline Brands since 2002 and previously as General Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales of Interline Brands' Detroit distribution center from July 1999 to November 2002. Prior to joining Interline Brands, Mr. Spahn served as the Director of Sales from 1996 to 1999 with The Crown Group (automotive) and as the Director of Operations and Vice President of Sales from 1989 to 1996 with Thermofil, Inc. Mr. Spahn worked for the DuPont Company from 1976 to 1989, during which time he held various positions in the areas of sales, operations, technical service and personnel.
